- I obtained my Real Estate License in 1982.
- I obtained my Broker License in 1985.
- I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and Social Rehabilitation in the Department of Criminal Justice.
- I am a member of the Lake Houston Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS and was the Local Chapter President in 1998.
- I served as 2000 Texas District Vice President for Women's Council of REALTORS, and in 2001 served as a Governor for Women's Council of REALTORS.
- I work on the local level(HAR-Houson Association of REALTORS) and state level(NAR-National Association of REALTORS) of the Grieveance Committee.
